Terms of Service

Refers to the Fake Casino website, all associated web pages, subdomains, mobile applications (if any), APIs, backend services, databases, and any other digital infrastructure operated by Fake Casino.

Refers to the in-platform digital tokens that have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, legal tender, cryptocurrency, or any items of real-world value. Virtual Currency is provided solely for entertainment purposes within the Platform.

Refers to all interactive entertainment features offered on the Platform, including but not limited to Dice, Limbo, Blackjack, Plinko, Wheel, Upgrade, Chicken, Mines, Open Chests, Slide, Lottery, and any future games or features added to the Platform.

Refers to the unique user profile created upon successful registration, which stores the User's credentials, Virtual Currency balance, game history, achievements, preferences, and associated data.

Refers to all text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of the Platform.

Refers to any content submitted, uploaded, posted, or otherwise transmitted by Users through the Platform, including but not limited to usernames, profile pictures, banners, biographical information, and any other user-created material.

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use the Platform. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Platform with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. Users under 13 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where such use would be illegal or otherwise violate applicable law. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not barred from using the Platform under any applicable law, and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform for any User or group of Users at our sole discretion, including but not limited to Users from specific geographic regions, IP addresses, or those using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent access restrictions.

Fake Casino is a free-to-play entertainment platform. The Platform is NOT a gambling service, does NOT involve real money, does NOT offer real-money wagering, and does NOT facilitate or promote gambling of any kind. All games are played exclusively with Virtual Currency (Coins) that hold absolutely no real-world monetary value.

Under no circumstances does the Platform accept, process, hold, or distribute real money, cryptocurrency, digital assets with monetary value, gift cards, vouchers, or any other instrument of real-world value. Users cannot deposit real money into the Platform, nor can they withdraw, cash out, or convert Virtual Currency into real money, cryptocurrency, or anything of real-world value.

The Platform does not constitute gambling, betting, wagering, or any other form of risking something of value for the chance of obtaining something of greater value. Since Virtual Currency has no real-world value, using the Platform does not constitute gambling under any legal definition. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.

The games and features on the Platform are designed to simulate the look, feel, and experience of casino-style games for entertainment purposes only. The inclusion of elements commonly associated with casino gaming (such as odds, multipliers, jackpots, and similar terminology) is purely for entertainment and does not imply or create any form of real gambling.

While the Platform does not involve real money, we encourage responsible use of our Services. If you feel that your use of the Platform is becoming compulsive or interfering with your daily life, we encourage you to seek assistance from appropriate professional resources. The Platform is designed for entertainment and should be enjoyed as such.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice of any kind. Game outcomes, strategies, and results on the Platform have no bearing on or correlation with real-world financial instruments, gambling outcomes, or investment performance.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You must verify your email address before gaining full access to the Platform. You agree to provide a valid email address that you own and control. Failure to verify your email may result in restricted access to certain features.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (including your password) and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account, or any other breach of security. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Each individual may create and maintain only one (1) Account. Creating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated Accounts without prior notice. We reserve the right to use technical measures (including but not limited to IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and browser identification) to detect and prevent multi-accounting.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, give away, or otherwise transfer your Account to any other person or entity. Any attempt to do so shall be null and void, and may result in the immediate termination of your Account.

We reserve the right to deactivate, suspend, or delete Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (365 days or more), at our sole discretion. Virtual Currency balances, achievements, and other data associated with inactive Accounts may be forfeited.

Usernames must be between 3 and 32 characters, must not impersonate other individuals or entities, must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language, and must not infringe upon any third-party trademark or intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to change or remove any username that violates this policy.

Virtual Currency (Coins) is a non-transferable, non-redeemable, non-refundable digital unit with no intrinsic or real-world monetary value. Coins exist solely within the Platform's ecosystem and are provided for entertainment purposes only. Coins are not your property and are not a store of value, medium of exchange, or unit of account in any legal, financial, or economic sense.

Virtual Currency is obtained exclusively through free means, including but not limited to the Platform's faucet system (free coin claims), initial registration bonuses, lottery winnings, and any other promotional distributions. The Platform does NOT sell Virtual Currency and never will.

Virtual Currency has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other form of real-world value. Virtual Currency cannot be exchanged, sold, bartered, traded, or otherwise transferred to other Users or third parties for real-world value. Any attempt to assign real-world value to Virtual Currency or to buy, sell, or trade Virtual Currency for real-world value outside the Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the sole and absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, adjust, reset, or eliminate Virtual Currency at any time and for any reason, without prior notice and without liability to any User. This includes but is not limited to adjusting balances, modifying distribution rates, changing the faucet system, and resetting all User balances.

Users have no ownership right, property interest, vested right, or entitlement in or to any Virtual Currency, regardless of how much time or effort has been invested in accumulating it. Virtual Currency may be forfeited upon termination of your Account for any reason.

Any lottery, contest, giveaway, or promotional event on the Platform is conducted exclusively using Virtual Currency with no real-world value. Winning such events confers only additional Virtual Currency and does not entitle the winner to any real-world prize, payment, or compensation of any kind.

All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by random number generation (RNG) algorithms. While we strive to ensure fair and unbiased game mechanics, outcomes are inherently random, and we make no guarantees or representations regarding the frequency, distribution, or pattern of wins or losses.

All games on the Platform incorporate a house edge, which means that, on average, over a statistically significant number of plays, the Platform is expected to retain a percentage of Virtual Currency wagered. This is a standard entertainment mechanic and does not constitute fraud, deception, or unfair practice, as no real money is involved.

We reserve the right to modify, update, rebalance, discontinue, or remove any game, feature, mechanic, or aspect of the Platform at any time and for any reason, without prior notice and without liability. This includes changing odds, payouts, house edge percentages, game rules, and any other gameplay parameter.

Games may be interrupted due to server issues, maintenance, connectivity problems, or other technical difficulties. In such cases, we shall endeavor to resolve the issue promptly, but we shall not be liable for any loss of Virtual Currency or disruption of gameplay resulting from such interruptions.

If you discover a bug, exploit, vulnerability, or any other unintended behavior in any game or feature of the Platform, you agree to report it to us immediately and to not exploit, share, or publicize such bug or vulnerability. Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in the reversal of Virtual Currency gains and immediate Account termination.

Using any automated system, including but not limited to "robots," "spiders," "scrapers," "bots," browser extensions, scripts, or any other automated means to access the Platform; attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise discover the source code, object code, or underlying structure, ideas, or algorithms of any portion of the Platform; attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Platform; bypassing or attempting to bypass any security measures, rate limiting, or access restrictions implemented on the Platform; introducing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code into the Platform; overwhelming or attempting to overwhelm the Platform's infrastructure through denial-of-service attacks or similar activities; using the Platform in a manner that generates excessive or disproportionate load on our infrastructure.

Creating fake or misleading Accounts; impersonating any person or entity; misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity; providing false information during registration or at any other time; engaging in any form of collusion with other Users to gain an unfair advantage; attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means; exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities; engaging in any activity that could be considered fraudulent or deceptive.

Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or bullying other Users; posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; promoting discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any individual or group; stalking or tracking other Users; doxxing or sharing personal information of other Users without their consent.

Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent; advertising, soliciting, or promoting products, services, or businesses on the Platform; selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your Account or Virtual Currency for real-world value; using the Platform to conduct or facilitate any form of real-money gambling; scraping, data mining, or extracting data from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Using the Platform for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms; violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law, rule, regulation, or ordinance; infringing upon or violating the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party; facilitating or encouraging any of the above activities.

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, images, icons, logos, text, software, source code, algorithms, game mechanics, audio, video, and all other intellectual property and materials ("Platform IP"), is and shall remain the exclusive property of Fake Casino and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; make any derivative use of the Platform or its contents; download or copy Account information; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, lease, license, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise use or exploit any Content or Platform IP without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Fake Casino.

"Fake Casino," the Fake Casino logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Fake Casino or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

If you believe that any Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at the address provided in Section 24 with a detailed description of the alleged infringement, including identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, and your contact information. We will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

By submitting, posting, or otherwise transmitting any User-Generated Content ("UGC") to or through the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from such UGC in connection with the Platform and our business operations.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit UGC and to grant the license described above; your UGC does not violate, misappropriate, or infringe any third party's rights, including privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights; and your UGC does not contain any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, monitor, edit, or remove any UGC at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, without notice. We do not endorse any UGC and expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with UGC.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, FEATURES, AND FUNCTIONALITY ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT: (a) THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (b) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (c) THE QUALITY OF ANY CONTENT, SERVICES, OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; (d) ANY ERRORS IN THE PLATFORM WILL BE CORRECTED; (e) THE PLATFORM WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR DEVICE OR SOFTWARE; OR (f) THE PLATFORM IS FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We make no warranties or representations about any third-party content, sites, or services that may be accessed through or linked from the Platform. Your use of such third-party resources is at your own risk.

Game results are generated by random number generation systems. We make no guarantees regarding the randomness, fairness, or accuracy of any game outcome. Past results do not predict future outcomes. Game mechanics may contain inherent biases (such as house edge) as described in Section 7.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, INTERNS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (c) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; (d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; (e) LOSS OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY OR ANY PERCEIVED VALUE THEREOF; OR (f) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. SINCE THE PLATFORM IS FREE, THIS AMOUNT MAY BE ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00 USD). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

You acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability set forth in this Section are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between you and Fake Casino, and that Fake Casino would not provide the Platform to you without such limitations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

We may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

You may discontinue your use of the Platform at any time. You may request deletion of your Account by contacting us at the address provided in Section 24. Upon Account deletion, all associated data, including Virtual Currency balances, game history, and achievements, will be permanently and irrevocably deleted.

Upon termination for any reason: (a) all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately terminate; (b) you must immediately cease all use of the Platform; (c) all Virtual Currency in your Account shall be forfeited without compensation; (d) we shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any data from your Account; and (e) we shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of your access to the Platform.

Before filing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform ("Dispute") informally by contacting us at the address provided in Section 24. We will attempt to resolve the Dispute informally within sixty (60) days from the date of your notification.

If a Dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Fake Casino agree that any Dispute shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring individual claims in small claims court if they qualify. The arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CONSOLIDATED ACTION OR PROCEEDING. UNLESS BOTH YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE, CLASS, OR CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING.

You may opt out of the binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions by sending written notice to Fake Casino within thirty (30) days of your first use of the Platform. The opt-out notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration clause.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Fake Casino. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Fake Casino shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party websites or services.

Fake Casino may maintain official community channels on third-party platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and others. These channels are subject to the terms and policies of their respective platforms in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the content posted by users on such platforms, nor for any actions taken by the platform operators.
